With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Cain of Cottage Hills, Illinois, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John D. Cain to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Earl Cain and Juanita Ruby Eberlin (Cargil); his son John Cain, Jr.; and his brothers, James and Gordon Cain.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Shipp (Darrell) of Amite, LA, Kelly Correll of Gillespie and Kathy Clark (Donnie) of Bethalto; his great grandchildren, Allen Dettmer and John; his half-sister Frances Cain; and his grandson David Janes. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to help with expenses.
