He is survived by: his wife Betty Vinyard of Cottage Hill; his sons, Kenneth Hawkins (Diane), Kurtis Hawkins (Misty) and Kevin Hawkins (Betty); his granddaughters, Brandy Phillips (Lance), Tara Johndrow, Sara Vancil, Kara Harshbarger, Kim Hawkins Croxford and Karen Hawkins Croxford; his great grandchildren, Julie Phillips, Lance Phillips, Jr., Maria Phillips, Victor Johndrow, Misty Johndrow and Kurtis Johndrow; and his sister Mildred Lowe of Wood River.
Memorials may be given to the Family of God Church in Wood River or The Shriners.
