He is survived by: his children, Starla Kutter (Brad Wallace) of Cottage Hills and Doug Kutter (Amanda) of Rosewood Heights; his grandchildren, Allen Kutter, Jr. (Melissa Bock), Morgan Kutter, Curt Kutter (Kaeli Jones), Kelsey Kutter, Shelby Bettorf (Rick Shaw), Blake Bettorf, Devin Saragusa (Julia Kronkow), Anthony Saragusa (Haley) and Dakota Saragusa; his great grandchild Ryler Shaw; and his brother Norris "Sonny" Kutter of Eureka, MO..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Paynic Home For Funerals (618 E Airline Dr, East Alton, IL 62024). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
