She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Preston and Flossie Preston (Nicler); her children, Shawn Frost and Julie Barnard; and her siblings, Barb Bramlet, Genell Milam, Pete Quartermouse, Bud Preston and Gertrude Vineyard.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Boss (Dane) of Alabama, Tony Hamel (Terra Clendenny) of Bethalto and Gary Hamel of Highland; her grandchildren, Tiffany Hamel, Tristan Boss, Sam Hamel and Autumn Frost; and her sister Betty Pearson of Manchester, MO.. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
