He is survived by: his wife Georgia; his sons, Dave Phelps of East Alton, Greg Phelps of Moro and Tim Phelps (Nicki) of Alton; his sister Arlene Thomas of Florence, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Brittany, Brendan, Connor, Corbin, Addison and Colin; and his great grandchild Eli.
