He was predeceased by: his mother Regina K. "Candy" Kutter (Baker). He is survived by: his father Fred A. Kutter of Cottage Hills; his siblings, Starla Kutter (Brad Wallace) of Cottage Hills and Doug Kutter (Amanda) of Rosewood Heights; his nieces and nephews, Shelby, Blake, Devin, Anthony and Dakota; and his great-nephew Ryler.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Paynic Home For Funerals (618 E Airline Dr, East Alton, IL 62024). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
