He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Votaw and Edith Votaw (Nepean). He is survived by: his close friend Judy; his children, Roger Votaw (Amy) of DeKalb, Eric Blanken (Carolyn) of Sycamore and Charri Trembley (Michael) of Yorkville; and his siblings, Dianna Salser (Sylvan), Donna Farris, Carl Votaw and David Votaw. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews.
