With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Sullivan of Cortland, Illinois, born in New Hampton, Iowa, who passed away on December 27, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Sullivan and Margaret Sullivan (Tabbert); his daughter Jeanne Bergthold; and his siblings, Kenneth and Mary Malick.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Drayton of Cortland; his children, David Sullivan (Susy) of Front Royal, VA, Daniel Sullivan of DeKalb and Carol Urbanek (Jack) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his son-in-law James Bergthold. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
