It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nilah Espy of Cortland, Illinois, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Glassford and Myrtle Glassford (Ranck); her children, Gary Espy (Michelle) of Edgar Springs, Debra Petrie (Len) of DeKalb and Mark Espy of Sycamore, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Joe Espy (Karshawn), Katie Ramsden (Heath), Adrian Espy (Brian Dornberger), Matthew Petrie (Brittney Taylor), Meghan Petrie Reich (Anthony), Brandon Petrie, Cristen Fay (Jon), Hailey Espy (Michelle) and Cody Espy; her husband Waymon; and her brothers, Clarence and Carl Glassford.
