He was predeceased by: his mother Georgene "Genie". He is survived by: his father Robert; his wife Tammy; his children, Nicole Hagerty (Doug) and David Millhouse (Renae); his grandchildren, Cody, Faith and Levi; his siblings, Marci Cartee (Paul) and Michael Millhouse (Kim Hausherr); and his nieces and nephews, Stephen Cartee, Matthew Millhouse, Lauren Cartee and Genna Millhouse. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and many special friends.
