He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville and Kathleen Meadows Sr. (Newton); his wife Joan; and his siblings, Daniel Albert Meadows, Orville Wright "Bud" Jr. Meadows and Jane Ann Meadows.
He is survived by: his children, Lenora Gillespie (Joseph) of Yorkville, IL, Frank Meadows Jr. of Lake and Verna Tortorello (Gregory) of Sycamore, IL; his grandchildren, David, Kristen (Kevin), Alexis, Joshua, Krystal (Ross), Kaylynn, Matthew (Melody), Carli and Natalya; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Ian, Ivy and Braylinn; and his siblings, Anna Kay Blain, Judith Ward, Richard Meadows and David Meadows. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
