She was predeceased by: her husband Scott; her nephew Eli Hutchins; her grandparents, Jerry, Marge Johnson, Raymond and Eleanor Callahan; and her cousin Jacob Kellen.
She is survived by: her parents, Richard Callahan and Carol Callahan (Johnson); her sons, Wesley James and Dolan Herek; and her siblings, Rhonda Mayer (John) and Jeremy Callahan (Lisa).
