He is survived by: his parents, John Collins and Linda Collins (Michele); his grandparents, Norris and Jean (Mead); his daughters, Alexa and Bailey (Collins); his stepchildren, Michael and Jacklyn (King); his siblings, Michael (Hettinger) and Megan (Collins); and his granddaughter Madeline (Crocello). He is also survived by his parents, fiancé, children, and granddaughter.
