It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Byers of Cortland, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Byers and Jolene Byers; and his siblings, Eric Byers and Patricia Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Susan Byers; his children, Janelle Byers, Christina Byers, Robert Reynolds (Tina), Joshua Reynolds (Jennifer McIntosh), Starlyn Reynolds (Jeremy Rhodes) and Richard Reynolds; and his siblings, Nancy Watson (Steve Konrad) and Sandy Byers. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Interment will follow at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 1, 2021, at St. Gall Catholic Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Dale's name.
