He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Noe and Hazel Noe (Stidham); his parent-in-law Donald; his brothers, Bobbie Noe and Alvis Noe; his son-in-law Ralph Hall; and his siblings-in-law, Clyde Phelps and Diane Noe.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Christopher Hall, David Hall, Heather Sethman, Noah Orwick, Tayanie Boyington and Joseph Vickers; his spouse Delores Kovalcik (Cashmer); his children, Cynthia Springer (Tedd) of Chardon, OH, Diana Smith (Robert) of Chardon, OH, Kimberly Orwick of Chardon, OH and Jason Kovalcik (Janine) of Streator, IL; and his siblings, Don Noe (Brenda) of Wickliffe, OH, Dale Noe of Belleville, IL and Barbara Noe of Chesterfield, MO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three aunts; 16 nieces and nephews; 21 grand nieces and nephews; and eight great-grand nieces.
