She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter Clair Meredith and Marie Hellen Meredith (Downey); her husband Irvin R. Bohm; her child Timy Bohm; her grandchild Barbie Bohm; and her siblings, Merna Creamean, Margaret "Peggy" Anne Johns, Leona Faye Crews, Audrey Arlene Meredith, Sharon Eden, Parnell "Cap" Meredith and Robert Meredith.
She is survived by: her children, Irvin R. Bohm Jr. (Maria) of Cornell, Jeff A. Bohm (Lori) of Graymont, Wendy Dale (Charlie) of Cleveland, TN and Donny L. Bohm (Lori) of Pontiac; her grandchildren, Tim, Raymond, Irvin III, Roy, Robert, Colby, Brandey, Amanda, Jessica, Samantha, Brandon and Carly; and her siblings-in-law, Robert "Rob" Bohm of Cornell, Charles Lee of Loda, Phyllis Bohm of Pontiac, Betty Meredith of Streator and Ann Meredith of Morris. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
