He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Edward and Edith Goggin (Kunau); and his brothers, Jack Goggin and Billy Goggin. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Gregory; his children, Jesse Goggin, Billy Goggin (Raquel) and Amanda Goggin; his brother Jeff Goggin; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Courtney, Ava and Kenzie. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cornell First Responders/Fire Department.
