He is survived by: his wife Patricia Zimmerman (Coe); his children, William R. Nicholson (Jean), Todd Nicholson (Sue) of Silvis, IL and Denise Nicholson of Hampton, IL; his stepchildren, Wesley Zimmerman (Jennifer) of Reno, NV, Kathleen Zimmerman of Reno, NV and Kristen Zimmerman of Reno, NV; his grandchildren, Brandyn Spengler, Jennifer Rocco, Timothy Nicholson and Greg McAllister; and his sister Sally Nicholson.
