She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Schroeder and Agnes Knab Schroeder; her husband Troy Willis; her son Willie Owens, Jr.; her granddaughter Stephanie Roberts Anderson; and her siblings, Charles, Wilbur, Elmer, William Schroeder, Mick Hawley and Kay Daily.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Owens and Danny Owens; and her sister Ida Kerr of Cordova. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Ida Kerr for a trust fund for Myrtle's 2 great grandchildren, whose mother was killed in an auto accident, December 2022.
