He is survived by: his mother Mary Schaack (Underwood); his wife Susan "Sue" Riske Jacobsen; his children, Sarah Craig (Jeff), Jay Schaack (Andrea) and Kristen Eby (Web); and his sisters, Carol Hencken (Jay) and Kaye Caldwell (Steve). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
