He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Allen and Betty Allen (Crosby); and his sister-in-law Theresa Allen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Boynton Lange; his children, Jeremy Jon Allen (Crista) of Edmond, OK, Ryan Lange (Joti) of McKinney, TX, Jared Jonathan Allen (Brandi) of Walcott, IA and Heather England (Nate) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Charlie, Cooper, Marlie Allen and Micah Lange; and his siblings, David Allen (Kim) of Ottawa, IL, Anna Day (David) of Lanark, IL, Becky Schmidt (Al) of Bloomington, IL, Ted Allen (Lisa) of Lees Summit, MO and Todd Allen (Laura) of Moline, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces and nephews.
