With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Bennett (Cordova, Illinois), born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on June 6, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Barnett and Julia Coe (Pasnak Saddoris); her son David Bennett; and her brothers, Herbert, Loren, Dale and George Coe.
She is survived by: her husband Joel Bennett; her sons, Paul Bennett, Port Byron, Neil Bennett and Cordova; her sisters, Pat Nicholson (Bill), Cordova, Linda Johnson (Dan) and Port Byron; and her grandchildren, Ashley Bennett, Hillsdale, Justin Bennett and Prophetstown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Cordova, Cordova Library, or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
