With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Della Rae Sarginson (Cordova, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Casper Maurice "Morrie" and Fern Young (Hewitt); her husband David; and her brother Charles "Chuck" Young. She is survived by: her children, Steven Sarginson (Karen), Jayne Meggs and Mary Olson (Mike); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Bostwick (Rob), Rebecca Gordon, Megan Jackson (Eric), Christie Vick, Emily Lillie (Joe) and Morgan Meggs; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Michael Bostwick, Quinn, Jack, Andrew Gordon, Cooper, Raely Jackson, Tripp, Gracie Vick, Henry, Thomas and Mary Kate Lillie; her grandson Brother Duane "Duey" Young; and her sisters-in-law, Marge Young and Judy Young. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Shriners Burn Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the Alzheimer's Association.
