He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kelly and Ora Kelly; his wife Patricia Eby; and his siblings, Calvin, Louis, Gus Kelly, Darlene Walker and Wanda Henry.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Kelly of Jacksonville, Charlene Reynolds of Springfield and Paula Roach of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Kerry Henry (Brian) of Winchester and Aria Starling of Jacksonville; and his great grandchild Eden Henry.
