He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Hoag and Luella Hoag (Prielipp). He is survived by: his former wife Rosemarie Bundick; his wife Rose; his children, Dean Hoag, Candi Richey (Steve) and Anne Hoag; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Cooper, Alicia Cooper, Brandon Richey and Bailee Richey. He is also survived by three brothers and six sisters.
