He is survived by: his wife Gale Toolen; his children, Heather Heck (Scott) of Columbia, IL and Stephen Toolen, Jr. (Biancia) of Millstadt, IL; his siblings, Mary Rose Fischer (Dennie) of Godfrey, IL, Patti Kratschmer of Godfrey, IL, Michael Toolen of Shiloh, IL and Terry Toolen of Detroit, MI; his grandchildren, Xander, Abbey Heck, Gianni, Brantley, Skylar, Declan and Lennox Toolen; and his aunt Ginna Brazill.
