She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Noe and Reva Noe (Ulrich); her husband Melvin Kramer; and her son David. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Kramer and Deborah Caldwell (John); her grandchildren, Betheny Brunkhorst (Josh), Gabriel and Alexis Caldwell; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Emma and Ada Brunkhorst.
