It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy L. Otten of Columbia, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Otten and Billea Otten; his wife Diane Otten; his daughter Michelle Lyn Otten; his brother Jerry Otten; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Branson.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Otten, Brian Otten and Dina Livingston (Otten); his grandchildren, Michelle Livingston (Harley Howard) and Miles Livingston; his siblings, Marvel Otten (Teresa Rusteberg), David Otten (Ellen) and Rosalie Kern (Allen); and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Coplin (Bill) and Clyde Branson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved friends.
