He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Edward and Ruby Pearl; his siblings, Ronald James Tuggle (Patsy), Beverly Diane Tuggle and Deborah Carleen Tuggle; his nephew Jason Lee Tuggle (Julie); his great-nephew Jeremy Ryan Carter (Heather); and his great-nieces, Jessica Brianne Tuggle and Miranda Mackinzie Carter.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions could be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
