He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Lauer and Helen Lauer; and his brother Steve Lauer. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lauer; his children, Nichole Lauer and Matthew Lauer (Katrina); his grandson Zachary Lauer; and his siblings, Daniel Lauer, Mary Sue Lauer-Geoppo, Kristy Langendorf and Laura Dimaano (Frank). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
