She is survived by: her husband Paul Johnson; her father Larry (Linda); her brother Douglas Hale (Jennifer) of Warrenton, MO; her nephews, William and Thomas Hale; her parents-in-law, Carol and Paul Johnson Sr. of Valmeyer, IL; her brother-in-law Jason Johnson of Valley Park, MO; and her cousins, Alice Langston of Edwardsville, IL, Daisy Juarez (Victor) of Philadelphia, PA, Vaughn Langston and Laurie Scott of Glendale, AZ. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
