It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Rudder (Columbia, Illinois), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin L. and Una M.; and his sister-in-law Robin Rudder. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Barbara J Faupel (James) of St. Louis, MO and Charlie L Rudder (Elea) of Troy, IL; his granddaughters, Anne Faupel and Evie Rudder; and his siblings, Philip Rudder of St. Louis, MO, Clara Chandler (Sam) of Sequim, WA and Eadie Rudder of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
