With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Heather Mestdagh of Columbia, Illinois, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on May 17, 2023 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Alex Muertz; her daughter Winnie; her parents, Laurie Mestdagh (Kristin Mestdagh) and Catherine Heuthorst (Theo Heuthorst); her grandparents, Dorothy Patricia Barron and Roy Lewis Barron; her siblings, Sarah Mestdagh, James Mestdagh (Jade Mestdagh) and Sumner Mestdagh; her nephews, Hudson and Harlan; and her pet Munchies.
