He was predeceased by: his daughter Ann Elizabeth Henkey-Lane; his parents, Edward L. Henkey and Stella Henkey; and his brother Ron Henkey. He is survived by: his wife Janet Henkey; his children, Edward B. Henkey and Joy Schlemmer (CJ); his grandchildren, Alex, Ryan Schlemmer (Nichole), Kevin Lane, Alyssa Berry (Christian) and Erica Jenks (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Jordan Berry, Rowen, Kayla, Joclyn, Landon Jenks, Olivia, Aimee, Lukas and Lexi Schlemmer; his nephew Ron Henkey (Connie) of Belleville, IL; and his friends, Larry, Marsha Cottom of Columbia, Pat, Lil Drury, Dave and Judy Batha of Oakville, MO..
