He is survived by: his spouse Kim Frazee; his daughters, Wendy Keely (Nicole Miller), Davenport, Mandy Schlichting (James Christian) and Sarah Keely (Alex Lopez); and his grandchildren, Rashel Mote and Gracie Keely.
