She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McIntosh and Florence Hashman McIntosh. She is survived by: her spouse Don C. Smallwood Oct; her children, Wayne Barber of Colona, Dennis Barber (Vangy) of Niland, CA, Paul Barber (Diane) of Storm Lake, IA, Linda Smith (Allan) of Davenport and Jeff Smallwood of Carbon Cliff; and her brothers, Ardy McIntosh and Herb McIntosh. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
