He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest "Greg" Rice and Elizabeth "Bette" Rice (Mehaffey); his wife Debra J. Hoosen; his daughter Andrea Rice; his siblings, Ann Johnson (Dave) of Castle Rock, CO, Lynn Frederickson (Martin) and Jamie (Kelly); and his pet Charlie. He was also cherished by nieces & nephews.
