He was predeceased by: his parents, Abner Frye and Ada Lampson Frye; his spouse Shirley Wilcox; and his siblings, Marjorie Lopez and Bill Frye.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Reeves (Raymond Jr.), Evonne Sukach, Bonnie Guapi (Norman Pasvogel) and Shelly Watkins; his grandchildren, David Tighe, Andrea Sukach, Jacob Sukach, Barbara Frye, Noah Watkins and Alex Guapi; and his sisters, Lorraine Brock, Nancy Ramarui, Bonnie Kay Frye and Vicki Robbins. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
