It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ted D. Anderson of Colona, Illinois, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Anderson and Jessie Anderson (Berkley); and his brothers-in-law, Dale Hillman and Leslie Rokis. He is survived by: his wife Shari Rokis; his sons, Christopher Anderson (Roseann) of Geneseo and Nick Anderson (Amy) of Port Byron; his grandchildren, Jordan Anderson (Abby), Kayla Olson (Zac) and Lauren Anderson; his siblings, Bob Anderson (Lindy) of Colona and Debbie Beintema (Bruce) of Geneseo; his siblings-in-law, Tony Rokis (Debbie), JoAnne Hillman and Sandy Skelton (Ed); and his close friends, Pat and Rick Haney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vandemore Funeral Home - Geneseo (580 E Ogden Ave, Geneseo, IL 61254). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Colona United Methodist (1709 Cleveland Rd, Colona, IL 61241).
