He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P Gustaf and Lucille P Feegan Gustaf; and his brothers, Joe Gustaf and Danny Gustaf. He is survived by: his former wife Debra Ray June; his wife Annette; his sons, Steven Gustaf (Carrie) of Milan, IL, Matt Anderson (Katie) of Iowa City, IA, Mark Anderson of Moline, IL and Mike Anderson (Amanda) of Rock Island, IL; his grandchildren, Steven Gustaf Jr., Alexis Anderson, Brendon Anderson, Joe Anderson, Kameron Anderson, James Anderson, Nataly Anderson and Khloe Anderson; and his siblings, David Gustaf, Ron, Linda Dugan (Craig), Joann VerVaecke and Cindy Johnson.

In accordance with public gathering guidelines social distancing will be observed as well as capacity limits followed within the funeral home. Funeral services will be private.
