It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Marie Copeland of Colona, Illinois, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Hill and Mabel Hill (Haskins); her husband Tony Copeland; and her siblings, Maxine Pettit and Don Hill.
She is survived by : her children, Tanya Moffitt (Brad) of Beecher, IL, Troy Copeland (Rhonda) of Sherrard, IL and Tyann Hintgen (Chris) of Geneseo; her grandchildren, Alexis Smedley (Greg), Karlie, Brandon Moffitt, Lauren, Jenna Copeland, Gavin, Graysen and Grechyn Hintgen; her great grandchildren, Kelsie and Kylie Smedley; and her sister Darlene Ward of Silvis, IL..
Memorials may be directed to the Shirley M. Copeland Memorial Fund, which will be distributed amongst local charities that are meaningful to the family.
