Caulkins of Colona, Illinois, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hemphill; his children, Kelly Smith (Michael), Keith Caulkins, Danel Caulkins (Julie), Patrick Caulkins and Shawn Caulkins (Samantha); his stepsons, Blake Hemphill, Brandon Clong and Terry Gates Jr.; his grandchildren, Chris, Kristin, Kaitlyn, Bethany, Jordan, Dylan, Dakota, Leland, Ayden and Haven; his siblings, Judy Snyder, Nancy Rodgers (Jerry), Lana Powers, Don Caulkins, Tommie Caulkins and Wayne Caulkins (Jackie); and also Jordan Thompson. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
