He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dine and Marie Van Dine (Ternoey); his wife Susan; and his son William Daniel. He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Woldridge; his grandchildren, Lauren Van Dine and Christian Woldridge; and his siblings, Nancy Nigut-Stevenson of Clive, IA, Mike Van Dine (Kathy) of Ashland, OH and Ted Van Dine (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces; and nephews.
