He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Kutzman and Juanita Kutzman (Sunblade); and his brothers, Robert, Larry and Michael Kutzman.
He is survived by : his sons, Chad Kutzman of Rock Island and Shaun Kutzman (Elizabeth) of Coal Valley; his siblings, Joe Kutzman of Geneseo, Deborah Novotny of Woodridge, IL, Brenda Henry (Michael) of Rock Island and Bill Kutzman (Marilyn) of Colona; and his close friend Cheryl Hoste.
