He was predeceased by : his parents, Junior Foster and Elizabeth Foster; and his sisters, Vicki Foster and Della Elaine Foster. He is survived by : his children, Tracy Foster of Erie, IL, Trisha Foster of Livingston, Montana and Terra Whitmarsh of Barstow, IL; his grandchildren, Justin Goldsberry, Kelsey Goldsberry, Zackary Foster, Matthew Foster, Christopher Foster, Samantha Erling, Kylie Lyon, Faith Whitmarsh and Mykel Ruhnow; and his sister Linda Cassaboon of Washington. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
