He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Dan Miller (Samantha) and Janna Miller-DeDecker (Todd); his grandchildren, Ashley Staggs (Daniel), Amber Joseph (Kyle), Andrew Hartvigsen, Devin Miller, Kendra Miller (Andrew Bowerson), Austin Miller, Tyler Miller, Danielle DeDecker and Erica DeDecker; his great grandchildren, Tristyn Whipple, Wyatt Staggs, Bentley Whipple, Gunnar Staggs, Levi McCallum, Knox Miller, Dexter Bowerson and Kaisley Miller; his sisters, Sue Kelley and Jackie Streator; his sister-in-law Lynda Smith; and his close friend Dan Lenth (Sandy).
