He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Stohl and Helen Lulich Stohl; and his brother-in-law Bill Pellizzari. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Pellizzari of Savoy, IL, Sharon Stohl of Berkley, IL, Barbara Baker (Dave) of Springfield, MO, Louise Cover (Ron) of Blue Grass, IA, Nadine Palmgren (Jerry Kruse) of Geneseo, IL, Steve Stohl (Jan) of Cleveland, IL, Anthony Stohl (Jenny) of Blue Grass, IA, Julie Houseman (William) of Fort Worth, TX, Joan Stohl (Mary Stalzer) of Chicago, IL and Tracey Stohl of Daytona Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Schroder Mortuary- Colona (213 1st St, Colona, IL 61241). Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Patrick Catholic Church (201 1st St, Colona, IL 61241).
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to one's favorite charity.
