He was predeceased by: his parents, Earling Foss and Mary Alice Foss (Woolley). He is survived by: his wife Joann; and his children, Penny Lasche (David), Pamela Beckner (Jeff), Patricia Keith, Peggy Knaack and Michael Foss, Jr.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
