He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollis Sides and Norma Davis Sides. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Reddig August; his children, Mark Sides Jr. (Kristina) of Clinton, IA, Michael Sides of San Diego, CA, Amy Demers (Marc) of Silvis, Ricki Sides of Sterling, Zackary Prescott of Moline and Jeremy Prescott of Sarasota, FL; and his siblings, Carol Goings (Bill) of Colona and Gary Sides (Lisa) of Cleveland, IL.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
