We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2022, at the age of 95, Marie J. Heeren of Colona, Illinois, born in Lacona, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marie J. Heeren to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Riggs and Geneva Riggs (Riddle); and her husband Willis L. Heeren. She is survived by: her daughters, Irene Caras (Alex) of Crossville, TN and Diane Barber (Paul) of Ashland, NE; her grandchildren, Kayla Prescott (Rob), Troy Caras (Aileen), Josh Barber (Megan) and Brianna Radke (Tyler); and her brother John Riggs of Geneseo, IL.. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Colona United Methodist Church.
